This particular 1970 Chevy Nova has a 307 c. in. engine and a 3 speed automatic powerglide transmission. The reason I purchased this vehicle was to restore and use as an everyday driver, my wife and I recently had a son and my priority is with him and that is why Im selling it. Im asking $1,000.00 or best offer because I have recently replaced many parts including and not limited to: replacing the carburetor, checking the timing and dwell angles, replacing the spark plugs and spark plug wires, conducting a coolant flush, replaceing the brakes and flushing the fluid, replaceing the locks and installing a locking gas cap, and changed the engine and transmission oil and filters. This car has been driven on the road recently but towing will need to be provided becuase I am in the process of replacing the powersteering pump and alternator. Also, the transmission has a samll leak at the seal where the shift linkage hooks up with the carburetor. The frame on this car is good, but the body needs work because of its 40 years in existance. This car is a great starting restoration project for those that want to learn or know about body work and basic engine repair. If you purchase this vehicle all of the new parts fluids the were intended to be replaced will come included with the purchase. Also included, are the original bill of sale receipt, original car manuel, and Hanes manuel for any questions on repairs.
